Mr. Bretter Ofer: President, CEO and founder,
Mr. Bretter is involved in research and development in various hi-tech fields for more than 30 years, in many fields, like advanced military systems, algorithms research and development, digital processing of audio, video, radar signals, etc. and also in software and hardware development for Radar, ECM, ELINT, Avionics and more.
Mr. Bretter also did operations-research on interdisciplinary systems, project management for civil and military projects, and was an integration supervisor on other projects. Mr. Bretter was also involved in research and development for airborne command and control systems.
